Axios Interaction is run by Pete Pavan, a user experience designer based in London.
Pete's experience:
- Customer research and insight specialist: Lead roles in user research, customer requirements elicitation, and product delivery, in over 55 projects over 12 years
- Research management skills: PRINCE2 qualified project manager, with practical knowledge of project planning, scope and budget negotiation, and managing digital and usability agencies
- Full end-to-end experience: Experienced in utilising HCI research techniques such as contextual analysis, longitudinal studies, direct observation, usability testing, and discount testing for all stages of a project, ranging from proposition development to product redesign
- Prototyping, and interface design skills: Confident in using Axure, Balsamiq, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver. This is backed up by a creative and collaborative approach to developing well designed, professional solutions
- Cross-sector experience: Delivered successful projects in sectors including mobile, online e-commerce, government, media, and banking, for stakeholders including internal design clients, business case owners, product managers, policy makers, and end users
- Communication skills: Excellent reporting skills, with an empathetic approach in explaining key research implications to a wide range of clients including designers, business owners, workshops and international conferences
